You can use Aveeno colloidal oatmeal, a baking soda bath, Ivory soap , castile soap or apricot kernel soap.
For moisturizing I would use any natural oil; avocado, cocoa butter, olive oil, almond oil or if the babe is over a yr old dabbing honey on eczema spots – that really helped me.
